Every time my Husband and I come to Osaka, we will make it a point to visit this restaurant for our Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba fix. Located on the 3rd floor of an unassuming building, it’s a nice respite from the hustle and bustle below. No queue each time, and if you’re lucky, you get a window table with an awesome view. :) Food has been very yummy so far, and service quick and efficient. Free flow iced water flask at each table and English menu is available. This time, we brought our sleeping 1yr old and once the staff noticed, he assigned us to a 4-seater booth (instead of the usual 2-seater) instead so that we can let her sleep.Just be ready for your clothes to smell a little after dinner as the ventilation isn’t great. This doesn’t bother us. ;)

It’s a little bit salty for me but still delicious. The location is super convenient for tourists as well. Best choice for people who wanna try the Okonomiyaki.

Nice Spot and tasty Okonomiyaki

The clerk will work on the okonomiyaki until it is completed. The taste of sauce mayo was deeper than I expected, so it was good to say that I wanted it to be smaller. The dough felt sweet.

The staffs are responsive with limited conversational english, thanks to the english menu so you can just point what you want to order. The ingredient are standard and they come in big portion. The problem is, the restaurant is not easy to spot since it is located in a building and the signage is very small. So you have to search.

The service is good, the waiters are very friendly and very kind, and the four-person set menu is good for squid and fried noodles and egg rolls. Osaka is delicious but a bit salty!

Good okonomiyaki restaurant with noodles option, between Namba and Shinsaibashi shopping street. You can get 2 good sized okonomiyakis for less than 3000 yen.

まぁまぁ。接客が残念だった。It was popular street, so we ate here.The worst service in Japan. They treated us like an inconvenience. No smile no friendly AT ALL! Food was not bad but not great either. service was so bad that we don't want to come back or recommend to others. Don't waste your money at this place.

Delicious, a lot of cabbage, service is good, store policy can be adjustedLove the fugetsu itself, especially there are a lot of cabbage inside, there is a button by the side of the table, whenever you need to call the helper, just simply push the button, food is good, location is very good, service is good that when they cook the fugetsu, they explained every steps of it. The only thing suggest to improve is the store policy of every individual guest need to order one, we have two people, but we can't finish 2 fugetsu by ourselves, I only order one at the beginning, they said I have to order two because we are party of two, however, the table next to us is also party of two, but they only order 1 fugetsu, that is not fair. and I was having this meal with doubts of fairness

Every time I go to Osaka, I will go to one of the okonomiyaki restaurants, located at the intersection of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. There are many choices for meals, and there are also English instructions. Osaka yaki will have someone to help you on site, so Don't worry about bad cooking. The big drink is really big, and people who like to drink it should find it very cost-effective.

You can eat various kinds of okonomiyaki. The seat in the hall is somewhat narrower than anywhere else. The taste is normal.

I ate there traditional number 1 dish and a potato corn skillet pancake . Not bad really. They do have english menus so you can just point to what you want. They did have someone that spoke english and she was able able to answer some questions I had. They have set menus, but the set menus have alot of food. I ended up ordering individual things. Get experience and great food.

The taste of okonomiyaki was delicious, but I don't like the attitude of the clerk.I want you to work a little more carefully.I can't settle down by dropping dishes many times after coming to the store.We recommend that you avoid visiting as much as possible.

Food is very normal.Service is bad, they talk japanese all the way don't even bother if you understand. I cut the food when it is not ready(I saw them shut down the fire and push the food aside, I assume it is ready) and the service crew laughed instead of stopping me. Not more 2nd time.Rude staff attitude when you can't read the Japanese menu. They looked very impatient when showing you the English menu.

It’s amazing to try one of the traditional food in Japan. The stuff will cook whatever you order I front of you, in the mean time you can see how they prepare it and enjoy the time and beer/drink/beverage with your friend. The cooking time will be 10-20 mins. We tried Deluxe Osaka okonomiyaki pancake, oysters noodles, borne of them are delicious. Recommend to try it. The price is cheap and decent

I ordered it in Osaka set. Okonomiyaki was good to be able to eat the money peya key Yakisoba first profit two hours because I quite take.
